Attendance Procedure for High School Students

The following is the Student Grade and Attendance Procedure for High School Students for the 2013-2014 School Year:

Attendance: After 10 absences high school students will not be allowed to reenroll for the next semester.

Procedures regarding High School students:

3rd Absence – Teacher completes conference form with student.  Signatures needed include Teacher, Student, Parent, and Northwest Tech Administrator. A copy of the conference form will be sent to the sending school.

5th Absence – Teacher and Northwest Tech administrator completes conference form with student.  Signatures needed include Teacher, Student, Parent, Sending School Administrator, and Northwest Tech Administrator. A copy of the conference form will be sent to the sending school.

7th Absence – Northwest Tech administrator and parent of student completes conference form with student.  Signatures needed include Teacher, Student, Parent, Sending School Administrator and Northwest Tech Administrator. A copy of the conference form will be sent to the sending school.

9th Absence – Northwest Tech administrator and sending school administrator completes conference form with student.  Signatures needed include Teacher, Student, Parent, Sending School Administrator and Northwest Tech Administrator. A copy of the conference form will be sent to the sending school.

10th Absence – Northwest Tech Administrator completes conference form with student. Signatures needed include Teacher, Student, Parent, Sending School Administrator and Northwest Tech Administrator. A copy of the conference form will be sent to the sending school. Student will not be eligible to reenroll the next semester.
