If your secondary monitor (right monitor) doesn’t have some type of image on the desktop instead of just a solid color (like black) please change it to display some type of graphic.
A student asked a good question the other day that I have failed to explain. She asked “Why would I need to use Illustrator?”. Please read the information “When to Use Adobe illustrator vs Photoshop vs InDesign” by Printwand. A good video that explains why to use Illustrator is available at “http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-illustrator-cs6/what-is-illustrator/“. All three programs are commonly required in graphic design jobs.
