Also, please use correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization in your blog entries. If you have questions, please ask me. Don’t use formatting as if you are texting a friend. I’m not just being “picky” – check out this article on how companies now “check up” on job candidates – 4 Things to Look for When Reviewing Candidates’ Personal Blogs.
A reminder that you are storing your work to the desktop of your computer which is not “backed up” at any time. Therefore, if you have any work you want to be sure is not lost in the event the hard drive of your computer crashes, you will need to copy the work to your “dropbox” from dropbox.com. If you need help with this, please let me know. Your website information that has been “uploaded” and available on the internet would not necessarily need to be copied to dropbox because we could “download” it back to your hard drive. If you have questions about this, please ask me! “Better safe than sorry”.
We will be working on your t-shirts today and tomorrow. Let me know before you print your design. The design will need to be “flipped horizontally” or basically printed backwards. We need to have the correct paper in the printer before sending it to print. We also need to print to a deskjet printer instead of the laser printers. The 13 x 19 designs can only be sent to the photosmart printer. Lots of instructions so please let me know before you try to print!
